1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in any course offered by Semicon Gurukul, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. About Us
Semicon Gurukul is a professional VLSI training brand operated by HindMicro Systems™, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We provide industry-aligned training courses in semiconductor chip design and related disciplines.
3. Enrollment
- Enrollment in a course is confirmed only upon receipt of full course fee payment.
- Semicon Gurukul reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its sole discretion.
- All information provided by the student at the time of enrollment must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Students must be at least 18 years of age or have consent of a parent/guardian to enroll.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required prior to course commencement unless a written installment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
- Payments are processed securely via Easebuzz or other authorized payment processors. Semicon Gurukul does not store your card or bank details.
- In the event of a failed transaction, please verify with your bank before attempting payment again to avoid duplicate charges.
5. Course Access & Materials
- Upon successful enrollment and payment, students will be granted access to the course batch as per the scheduled dates.
- Course schedules, instructors, and content are subject to change at Semicon Gurukul's discretion to maintain quality and industry relevance.
- Access to EDA tools and lab environments is provided for the duration of the enrolled course only.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, notes, lab exercises, assignments, and presentations — are the exclusive intellectual property of Semicon Gurukul / HindMicro Systems™.
- Students may not reproduce, record, redistribute, sell, or share any course material without prior written consent from Semicon Gurukul.
- Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of course content will result in immediate termination of enrollment without any refund and may attract legal action.
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect at all times.
- Attend sessions regularly and complete assignments in good faith.
- Not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or misrepresentation.
- Not disrupt classes or batch sessions through inappropriate behaviour.
Semicon Gurukul reserves the right to terminate enrollment of any student who violates these standards, without any refund of fees paid.
8. Placement Assistance
Placement support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Job placement outcomes depend on individual student performance, market conditions, and employer decisions that are beyond Semicon Gurukul's control. Any placement statistics shared are based on historical outcomes and are not a promise of future results.
9. Refund & Cancellation
All course fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details, including provisions for course deferral and institute-initiated cancellations.

- Course content is provided in good faith and may be updated periodically to reflect industry developments.
- Semicon Gurukul makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding specific salary expectations, career outcomes, or job placements resulting from course completion.
- We are not responsible for any third-party tools, software, or platforms used during the course that are governed by their own terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Semicon Gurukul and HindMicro Systems™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunity.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Modifications to These Terms
